Dan Ross-Leutwyler was born and raised in New York City. He worked at Roberta’s, Fatty ‘Cue, The Breslin, Bellwether, and Vinegar Hill House before opening Fritzl's Lunch Box (named after his Swiss grandfather, also a chef) in 2013. Dan lives with his wife, Carolyn Bane, in Bushwick.
