At BOS BBQ, André, the country's first certified Pit master, combined his passion for comfort food and his Italian-Brazilian roots with traditional smoking methods creating unique dishes that conquered both public and the local specialized media.

André's culinary creations are constantly featured in some of the country's most prominent cooking magazines, inserts and shows.

Above all, André is considered Brazil's ultimate fire specialist, mastering the pans, the grill and the Barbecue Pit. Such acknowledgement, together with his passion and willingness to democratize food, naturally drove him to festivals and street events where he makes his dishes available to large crowds. He did events such as Meatopia London, Meatopia NYC, Meatopia SOBEWFF and more recently Meatopia PBFW.
