You’ll learn every step of the chocolate production process in ICE’s state-of-the-art chocolate lab, from roasting the raw fermented cocoa beans to blending the raw cocoa with unique and unexpected ingredients to create the sweet treat we know as chocolate.  Nowhere else in NYC can you fully immerse yourself in the complex, nuanced process of making chocolate AND receive personalized instruction from a legendary pastry chef!
